Payment method
We accept payments by the following methods:

- Cheque
- Bank transfer
- Western Union

If you wish to pay by money order, cheque, bank transfer or Western Union, please send us an email on sales@aroonastore.com and we will provide you with the details.

Refund/Exchange Policy
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected, we will replace the item or refund your money. For your confidence in trading with Aroona, we wish to advise that all garments are checked and personally packed before dispatch. Customers are guaranteed brand new garments, without the risk of returned goods which have been worn and resent.

Shipping
All purchased items will be posted 1 - 2 business days after payment is received. Some credit card and PayPal payments may require some times to clear through the bank, therefore we will post your item as soon as the payment has gone through. We ship our items via DHL, USPS and Australia post depending on your location. We normally use standard shipping. If you would like faster shipping, please contact us and we can arrange express air mail with a slightly extra cost.

Prior to shipment, we will provide you with an estimated date for delivery. The delivery time varies according to your country. Please inform us if your order does not arrive after the estimated time. Once we receive the notification that your order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier company to track down the delivery status. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Aroona does not collect duty or sales tax for international orders. However, we are not responsible for any duties, tax or fees levied by your government if there is any.

Products Insurance
Aroona is not responsible for item lost, stolen or damage during shipment. For a safer trading, please choose an insurance option with your order which will cover the unexpected situation. Please inform us if you wish to have insurance on the products you purchase.
